The Harmonai FBX4040 is a professional-grade automatic feedback suppressor powered by the ADI 4th-generation SHARC processor ADSP21489, with a high-speed 450MHz core clock, delivering significantly faster detection versus previous generations. It features 24 independent high-precision adaptive digital notch filters across 4 channels, enabling rapid and precise identification and elimination of feedback frequencies. It also includes auto phase-shift + frequency-shift functionality, with frequency-shift mode independently switchable to preserve audio quality.

Each channel offers 6 configurable filters, selectable from six types: parametric, notch, high-shelf, low-shelf, all-pass, plus high-pass/low-pass crossover capability. With default notch filter configuration, the unit achieves up to 30 notch filters per channel. Input compatibility covers dynamic microphones, condenser microphones, and line-level sources. Frequency-shift and notch functions can be enabled or disabled independently per channel. Output compression per channel safeguards downstream equipment.
